Office Administrator


Office Administrator (based in Malta)

In this job as an Office Administrator, you will be manning the overall operational activities of the Malta office, as well as supporting other team members. Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for the company's client's:  answering telephone calls, replying to emails and greeting guests upon arrival
  • Assisting the CEO with any Personal Assistant tasks:  diary, travel arrangements and other needs from time to time
  • Supporting the HR Manager with administrative tasks
  • Liaising with the IT Developers and assisting with client expectation management
  • Coordinating the maintenance and upkeep of the offices
  • In control of the stationary stock
  • Inputting data and filing
  • Other ad hoc projects: long term or short term

Education and Experience

  • 2 years experience in a similar role is needed
  • Secretarial / Office Administration course is desirable
  • Excellent command of the Russian and English language
  • Knowledge of Spanish is seen as an asset
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Applications:  Word, Excel, Powerpoint


  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative under minimal supervision
  • Good command of writing skills
