Office Administrator (part-time)

A new vacancy of Office Administrator (part-time) is now available within the manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with the coordination of fortnightly Board Meetings 
  • Taking minutes during Board meetings and distributing same following the meetings
  • Assisting with general office duties 
  • Answering client inquiries over the phone and emails
  • Assisting with front office duties when needed

Working hours: 20 hours per week 

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role - experience with minute taking is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Maltese and English
  • Currently based in Malta
