A new job as an Office Administrator on Part time basis is now available. Your main job responsibilities will include:

  • Managing phone calls, e-mails and correspondence
  • Administration & back office support
  • Assisting 2 company Directors with PA duties as necessary 
  • Maintaining the day to day running of the office
  • Part Time Hours up until 3.00pm

Education and experience

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must
  • Excellent command of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Currently living in Malta
