Office Administrator Part-Time (South of Malta)


In the position of Office Administrator, you will be forming part of a small team within an international company opening new offices in Malta. Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls and emails 
  • Preparing office documents, memos, and presentations 
  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meeting and conference room schedule
  • Preparing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and budget tracking 
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the facility and coordinating maintenance repairs etc, as needed

Education and Experience

For this vacancy you will need:

  • A diploma or degree level of education 
  • A minimum of one year experience in a similar position is a major requirement
  • Fluency in Maltese and English 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)


  • Multi-tasking and time-management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently within a small team
  • Able to prioritise work and can handle sensitive information
