Office Administrator 

An office administrator position is currently available within the financial services industry specializing in payments. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the booking of flights, accommodation, taxis and keep reports updated
  • Meet and greet visitors 
  • Deal with incoming calls 
  • Order necessities which are needed and required at the office such as stationary, snacks and so on
  • Preparation of boardrooms for meetings and events
  • Filing
  • Be open to going for general errands out of office (nearby)

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • You must be in possession of a minimum of 1-year previous within a similar role
  • Prior experience in booking flights and accommodation for business purposes
  • Have a minimum A' level standard of Education
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Team player 
  • Flexible and able to adapt
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 

This position is open on full time (Monday to Friday from 8am until 5pm); or Reduced (Monday to Friday from 10am until 4pm). 

Only people who are already based in Malta would be considered due to the urgency of the role.
