Front Office Receptionist


One of our Clients is seeking to recruit a Front Office Receptionist.
Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact to all clients, manning the front office reception area;
  • Welcoming and greeting visitors at the companies premises;
  • Carrying out necessary administration duties, answering queries through phone and email;
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the front office reception area at all times.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Maltese and English;
  • Meticulous, engaging and honest with a high level of customer care;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Our Client is a leading International corporate services provider.
