Front Office Receptionist

€15,000 - €17,000  |  Malta

As a Front Office Receptionist your main job responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact to all clients, manning the front office reception area.
  • Welcoming and greeting visitors at the companies premises. 
  • Carrying out necessary administration duties, answering queries through phone and email
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the front office reception area at all times.
  • Ordering of office supplies and inventory management
  • Chasing of creditors
  • Posting of Invoices 
  • Assisting in the HR function by setting interviews

Skills & Experience

  • Meticulous, engaging and honest with a high level of customer care.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel 
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered a strong asset
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese
