Front Office & Finance Administrator - Part Time (Gozo)

€14,000 - €16,000  |  Malta

A Front Office Administration & Financial Sales Executive position is currently available for the Gozo office of a Financial Services company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone and e-mail correspondence
  • Greeting walk-in customers and handling queries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Replenishing and maintaining office supplies
  • Booking of meetings as requested and managing diaries
  • Being knowledgeable on the financial and insurance products to provide accurate information to customers
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team and promote good working relationships throughout the office
  • Any other duties that may be required

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of an O'level standard of education 
  • Preferably have a minimum of 6 months previous local experience in a similar role
  • Full sales training will be provided

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese & English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • A good command of Microsoft Office
