Front Office Administrator

A well-established company in Malta dealing with numerous international clients is looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
  • Handling reception area 
  • Greeting and welcoming guests
  • Coordinate reservations for booking of restaurants for directors and lunch orders
  • Handle communication, whether by post or by telephone, between suppliers and company
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Managing all front office daily operations
  • Ensuring that the TV and phone system are working appropriately
  • Updating files and spreadsheets 
  • Handling daily administrative duties such as filing and managing calendars
  • Liaising with and supporting the HR & administration team during Company events

Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or within a similar role
  • Qualification in a relevant field will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese is a requirement
