A real estate company in Malta dealing with high network clients is looking to recruit a Front Office Admin to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Managing all front office daily operations
  • Updating files and spreadsheets 
  • Handling daily administrative duties such as filing and managing calendars

Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or within a similar role
  • Qualification in a relevant field will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a requirement
