Our client, an established company within the healthcare sector is currently seeking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their team.

As a Front Office Administrator you will be required to greet clients accordingly and perform general reception duties such as receiving and making telephone calls, sending emails, doing appointments, taking payments and doing reconciliations at the end of shift. You will also be keeping the database updated whilst making, reviewing and monitoring the required orders and quotes from the suppliers. Other responsibilities will include working out the roster, issue salaries and monitor vacation leave and sick leave. You will expect a guaranteed basic salary together with a performance bonus on a yearly basis.

As a successful candidate you will ideally have previous experience in an administrative role. You will be highly organised and have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure, within a team as well as independently. You will also hold a Secondary level of education coupled with an ECDL certificate and Microsoft Office knowledge. You will have an excellent level of both written and spoken Maltese and English. This role calls for the individual to be able to work Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm and Saturday from 8am till 2pm on a roster basis.
