Finance & Administration Clerk

€15,000 - €18,000  |  Malta

A Clerk position is currently available with a company operating within the financial services industry in Malta.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out clerical and basic accounting duties
  • Maintaining staff attendance records
  • Supporting the payroll process as required from time to time
  • Posting of transactions on SAGE software
  • Handling bank and petty cash reconciliations
  • Handling general administration duties for the finance function
  • Other accounting and administration duties for the smooth running of the department

Education & Experience:

  • You must be in possession of a minimum of 6 O'levels, including English, Maltese, and Mathematics
  • Having an O'level qualification in Accounting will be considered a strong asset
  • Previous local experience in a similar role will be given preference

Skills:

  • Team player
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Fluency in English & Maltese
