Events & Meetings Support (temporary)

In this Events & Meetings Support (temporary) role you will be forming part of the Communication and Stakeholders unit. You will provide support in carrying out the following duties:

  • Preparation of the meeting rooms including meeting signs, room set up, paper and pens, etc as required
  • Assisting Staff and Delegates where required for any last minute request or additional preparations
  • Approving/Editing/Deleting the requests for meeting rooms via the company's online tool
  • Updating of the official events calendar
  • Preparing the attendance sheets and name tags for the meetings
  • Preparing any VIP Gifts or other materials for meetings as requested
  • Any Other Tasks indicated as necessary

 

Education & Experience

  • An A'level standard of education or higher
  • Previous experience in similar position is required 

 

Skills

  • Possess very good communication skills in English 
  • Good coordination and organisation skills 
  • Must have initiative, drive and high attention to detail 
  • Computer literate and able use use Microsoft Office tools
