Within this Data Entry Support (temporary) role you would be responsible for providing support to the department of Administration. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Inputting of data from staff personal files into an excel table
  • Migrating data into the company's new HR tool
  • Participating in working groups
  • Consulting other platforms for confirmation and ease of reference
  • Carrying out any other duties as an when required

Education & Experience

  • Secondary level of education
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be preferred


  • Possess good communication skills in English
  • Flexible enough to work in a multicultural environment
  • Be IT literate and proficient in using Excel
