Data Entry Assistant

Within this Data Entry Assistant position, you will report to the Policy Processing Manager. Your main duties will include:

  • Acting as data entry agent in the company’s document management Systems
  • Filing and archiving documents
  • Conducting Document competency checks
  • Data extraction and transfers 
  • Supporting in ad-hoc administrative tasks

Education & Experience

  • A'level standard of Education
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the Insurance and/or Financial sector would be preferred


  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and Italian is essential.
  • Must have initiative, drive and be able to prioritize
  • Able to work well both individually and in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
