In this Customer Care Specialist job, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling of technical phone calls 
  • Ordering of parts and following up on sales queries
  • Managing digital media including Facebook and Instagram pages, messenger and live chat
  • Processing documentation
  • Upselling service plans
  • Monitoring of online service booking
  • Meeting and dealing with customers’ requests efficiently

Education & Experience

The vacancy requires:

  • O level standard of education
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Maltese
  • Technical Skills
  • Previous customer service experience

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and work within a team
