Back Office & Administration Officer (Financial Services)

€15,000 - €18,000  |  Malta

A Back Officer & Administration Officer position is currently available with a company within the financial services industry in Malta.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and processing payments and dividends
  • Handling administrative and general office duties 
  • Processing bank transfers
  • Assisting in basic bookkeeping duties such as postings and reconciliations
  • Liaising with other departments internally, especially the sales department and assisting with the documentation
  • Any other duties for the smooth running of the department

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum O'level standard of education is a must
  • A minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar role locally is a requirement for the role
  • Previous experience within the financial services industry, will be considered a strong asset

  • Fluency in English & Maltese
