Within this Administrative Support (temporary) role you would be responsible for providing general administrative support to the General Affairs unit. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Handling the accreditation process of visitors
  • Acting as the focal point of information for visitors
  • Registering various incoming mail, post, parcels, documents
  • Registering invoices
  • Functioning as a host during high profile events
  • Liaising with security on operational matters
  • Carrying out any other duties as assigned


Education & Experience

  • Secondary level of education
  • Previous experience in administration and/or facilities/services would be preferred


Skills

  • Possess good communication skills in English
  • Flexible enough to work in a multicultural environment
  • Able to work well both individually and in a team
