Within this Administrative Support - General Affairs (temporary) role you would be responsible for providing general administrative and support to staff members. Your main duties will include:

  • Organizing correspondence
  • Filing, archiving and drafting of documents
  • Handling the layout of documents and checking the formal quality of documents
  • Assisting in the daily management of supplies and equipment
  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers to follow-up on the delivery of supplies and equipment
  • Performing any other administrative support tasks as required in the interest of the service
  • Supporting backup for Frontdesk in case of absence 

Education & Experience

  • Secondary school level of education is required
  • Previous experience in administration and would be preferred


  • Able to use electronic office equipment and applications such as Microsoft Office 
  • Possess very good communication skills in English (any other additional languages would be considered advantageous
  • Must have initiative, drive and able to prioritize
  • Able to work well both individually and in a team
