Within this Administrative & Logistics Support (temporary) role you would be responsible for providing general administrative and logistics support to the Administration department. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Packing shipments for courier and postal services
  • Replenishing consumables like stationery throughout the building; receiving and storing incoming deliveries; fulfilling of any facility needs by staff; checking stock position of supplies and keeping storage organized and tidy
  • Accompanying facility contractors on site in performing their duties
  • Assisting with assembly and dispatching office furniture
  • Driving the diplomatic vehicle when required
  • Acting as as a back up for the Front Desk when needed
  • Any other duties within the sector as assigned


Education & Experience

  • Secondary level of education
  • Previous experience in administration and/or facilities/services would be preferred


Skills

  • Hold a valid EU driving license for light vehicles
  • Possess good communication skills in English
  • Flexible enough to work in a multicultural environment
  • Able to work well both individually and in a team
