Administrative Assistant

An Administrative Assistant position is now available with a leading law firm in Malta.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Handle office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Prepare boardrooms for meetings
  • Organize and be involved in client meetings
  • Inputting of timesheets


 Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of an A-level standard of education
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications

Skills:

  • Can work independently and within a team
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
