Administrative Assistant


An Administrative Assistant vacancy is now available with a successful and long established organisation operating within the services industry. You will be supporting the office and will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and organising the office records, both physical and digital copies
  • Corresponding with external entities and compiling reports 
  • Organising meetings and conference calls
  • Preparing necessary documentation for meetings and taking minutes
  • Updating the company website as required

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 17:30 

Experience and Skills

For this position you will need:

  • An A'Level Standard of Education
  • A minimum of 1 year in a similar position 
  • Proficiency in Maltese and English - both written and spoken
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • ESDL Certification is required
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and in a team environment
