Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be providing overall support to the office. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Replying to emails and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence 
  • Scheduling of meetings, diverting calls to the appropriate departments 
  • Inputting client data and keeping the database updated
     

Education and Experience

This vacancy requires: 

  • Previous administrative experience
  • An O'level standard of education
  • Excellent level of English - both written and spoken
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Living in Malta

  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Can work on own initiative and within a team
