Administration logistics Co-ordinator - Malta

In this position of Administration logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to management


  • You will be responsible for customer care, after sales along with arranging / coordinating appointments
  • The planning and implementation of day-to-day routes and confirming that all deliveries are processed and delivered
  • Sales Orders
  • Other admin duties as required by the management

Education & Experience

  • You will have a pleasant personality, with a dynamic and hands on approach
  • You will thrive and enjoy working in a successful and progressive organisation.
  • An Excellent command of Maltese & English
  • Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is also important
  • Be diligent and can work on own initiative
  • A good knowledge of the logistics in Maltese 
  • Be highly organised
  • Currently living n Malta
