Administration Invoicing Clerk

€14,000 - €19,000  |  Malta

The Administration Invoicing Clerk position is with a global provider of freight forwarding as well as import and export. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing invoices featuring discrepancies when compared to the original contractual arrangement in order to verify the correctness of invoices
  • Carrying out the manual posting of invoices when the same is not found on the system
  • Maintain all necessary documentation and records to allow ease of tracing in audits
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, handling phone calls, and data inputting
  • Chasing outstanding debts, posting and allocation of receipts and sending reminder letters

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience in a clerical / office admin job is essential
  • Good understanding of Invoicing process as well as credit control would be considered an asset
  • O / A Level standard of education
  • Currently residing in Malta


  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A mathematical and number crunching aptitude 
  • Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Able to work both independently and within a team
