Administration Clerk (Production)


A job opportunity for an Administration Clerk (Production) is now available. Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Compiling production data
  • Preparing reports on production volumes, consumption of material and other areas of production
  • Compiling data from customer orders, product specifications and worker production sheets

Education and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Maltese is preferred
  • Education qualification MQF 2 or higher
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Applicable mathematical knowledge
  • Manufacturing experience is considered a plus


  • Aware of principles for providing customer services
  • Analytical mindset with a flair for numbers
