Administration Assistant


Within this job of an Administration Assistant you will be supporting with general back office duties while forming part of the Service Team.  Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Answering customer’s queries over the phone, via e-mails and face to face
  • Issue, follow up and close pending customer related matters
  • Maintain updated records and prepare basic reports
  • Liaise with suppliers as needed
  • Liaise with team internally

Education & Experience

  • Minimum level of education: Secondary Level
  • Experience within an office environment is preferred
  • Training in Customer Care is ideal
  • Experience working on ticketing and customer relations management systems is given priority.
  • Proficient in Office Applications is a must
  • Native level of Maltese and knowledge of English is expected


  • Excellent telephone manner
