Accounts / Office Administrator (part-time)

A new job opportunity for an Accounts / Office Administrator is now available. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the director and team
  • Handling phone calls and client queries 
  • Issuing of quotations and processing incoming emails
  • Managing stock and basic accounting duties such as processing invoices, managing payments and credit control
     

NB: This position will be on a part-time basis and you would be required to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 14:30 PM.
 

Education and Experience

  • A'Level standard of education
  • A strong command of Maths or Accounts
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel Software
  • Proficient level of Maltese and English - written and spoken
  • Living in Malta
     

Skills

  • Highly conscientious 
  • Able to multitask
  • Can work on own initiative
