Accounts and Administration Clerk

One of our clients, requires the immediate services of a full time in-house Accounts Executive.

Responsibilities 

  • Maintenance of accounting ledgers;
  • Posting of journals;
  • Bank Reconciliations;
  • Invoicing and issuing statements;
  • Execution of payments;
  • Credit Control;
  • Administrative duties;
  • Other day to day office tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • An A-level standard of education in accounting;
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Sage;
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Maltese & English;
  • Meticulous and great attention to detail;
  • Hands-on and can work on own initiative.
