Accounts Administrator

€15,000 - €17,000  |  Malta

Our client, a distributor within the retail sector, specialising in Electrical and Lighting are currently seeing an Accounts Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inputting of invoices and receipts
  • Filing of Purchase Orders received
  • Preparing statements for the sales team
  • Stock Transfers/Stock adjustments/ Checking and Updating of stock prior to arrival of consignment
  • Answering telephone calls and following up of email correspondence accordingly
  • Other ad hoc tasks that may be required

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum O' Level standard of education
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not a requirement


  • Fluency in Maltese and English is a must
  • IT savvy
  • Team player, yet able to work independently
