VAT Specialist 

Malta  |  €45,000 - €50,000 

Our client within Financial Services is seeking a Tax Specialist to join their growing team.

Duties include:

  • Manage a portfolio of local and international clients in various industries
  • Proactively assist clients in identifying and implementing value-adding solutions
  • VAT and tax compliance 
  • One off share transfers and capital gains transactions
  • Assist clients on ad hoc VAT and TAX advisory engagements
  • Interface with clients and manage internal and external relationships
  • Help to drive forward change initiatives and work cooperatively with team members, in a fast-paced working environment characterised by tight deadlines.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of local Tax and VAT experience is a must
  • A desire to continue developing further within the VAT and TAX sphere
  • Strong collaboration, team building, and organizational skills
  • Effective communications skills
  • Strong command of verbal and written English

Education & Experience

A professional qualification in Accountancy or Law
