Transaction Advisory

The position of Transaction Advisory has arisen within Financial Services. They are looking to expand and grow their team of professionals within the business. Reporting to the Head of Advisory, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the clients needs and various industries and applying such knowledge to evaluate KPIs
  • Undertaking various projects in areas tied to corporate finance, including company valuations and IFRS reporting
  • Ensuring projects are closed off in line with the company's policies and guidelines
  • Able to identify and resolve risks and manage such risk in an effective manner 
  • Issuing of letters of engagement, KYC procedures, compiling a financial model, drafting reports and issuing bills
  • Demonstrating leadership within the team and assisting juniors 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience within advisory or audit
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written
  • Good time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical

Education & Experience

Fully Qualified through ACCA or Masters in Accountancy
