Senior Accounts Executive

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €33,000 Annually 

Our client, offering healthcare and residential care services is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Post and process journal entries
  • Assist in the overall Cashflow Management
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
  • Manage the whole accounts receivable processes, including payments, invoicing, debtor control and follow-up of overdue receivables
  • Review expenses, payroll records and other documents as assigned
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Support the Finance team in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Organise and facilitate internal payroll audits
  • Assist with the external audits and liaise with local banks as necessary

Requirements

  • Previous local experience, ideally up to the preparation of management accounts
  • Efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

  • A'level in Accounts or better
