Senior Accounts Executive

  Central Malta  |  €28,000 - €30,000 Annually 

A group of companies focusing on Hospitality and Properties is currently on the lookout for a Senior Accounts Executive to join their team 

Duties include:

  • Manage the account payables processes, including payments, reconciling statements, invoicing, credit control and follow-ups
  • Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including the preparation of various schedules and journals
  • Daily reconciliations for banks and other accounts
  • Maintenance of the company’s accounting records and financial information
  • Liaising with other departments and responding to ad-hoc queries
  • Ad hoc reporting requested by management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of local accounting experience
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of A-Level in Accounts
