Sales Ledger Assistant

€20,000 - €22,000  |  Malta

One of our clients operating within the hospitality sector are currently looking to recruit an Sales Ledger Assistant into their finance team.

Working within an accounts receivable team of three and reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager this role will focus on sales ledger rather than chasing debtors.


  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts
  • Respond to and resolve account queries
  • Assist in balancing daily transfers to the ledger and updating the accounts receivable system
  • Issuing of invoices to groups, corporate clients and individuals
  • Month end reporting

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of an 'A' level qualification in Accounts.
  • Previous experience within sales ledger or accounts receivable is essential.  
  • A basic knowledge of Opera software would be considered beneficial
  • Previous experience of working within a hotel environment would also be an asset
