Reconciliations Clerk

Malta  |  €16,000 - €17,000 

Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor within the FMCG sector, is seeking to recruit a Reconciliations Clerk to join their team. Working within a small team, your duties will include;

  • Daily reconciliations of local transactions whilst evaluating discrepancies
  • Handling cash counts and inputting relevant data into the system
  • Issuing and monitoring sales / distribution reports 
  • Working and calculating excess duty payments
  • Any other administrative duties as required within the department

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience within an administrative capacity is required, ideally having dealt with invoicing, payments and reconciliations
  • Good command of written and spoken Maltese and English languages
  • IT Savvy
  • Quick learner and driven
  • Analytical and focused
