Payroll Manager


An international Legal, Tax and Payroll Consultancy in Malta is looking to recruit a Payroll Manager.


  • Update Payroll records 
  • Prepare earnings, taxes reductions and leave reports
  • Maintain employee confidence
  • Assigns, oversees and reviews work of Payroll department
  • Prepares payroll related accounts
  • Handles any inquiries received and provides resolution 
  • Reconcile Payroll ledger accounts and regular bank statements

Education and Experience:

  • Acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in either Banking, Accounts or Finance
  • The ideal candidate would be a fully qualified accountant
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working as a Payroll Manager


  • Meticulous and has an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English
  • Can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Can work independently and within a team
