Payroll & Administration Clerk


A job opportunity for a Payroll & Administration Clerk is currently available within an established corporate services provider.


  • Managing payroll of a number of client companies
  • Preparing and processing papers for newly engaged and terminated employees
  • Ensuring that all forms required by IRD, Jobsplus and other entities, are submitted in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that payroll runs reflect accurate vacation leave, sickness and other entitlements
  • The role will also involve assisting in the invoicing and billing of the company's clients

Education & Experience:

  • An A-level standard of education
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a must


  • A proactive and hands-on approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised, with an eye for detail
