Payroll & Accounts Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

  • Carrying out payroll for clients
  • Managing and updating of payroll records
  • Bookkeeping and basic accounting duties up to trial balance level
  • Issuing payments
  • Debtor chasing 

Education & Experience

  • An A’ Level standard of education
  • Knowledge of accounting and payroll software, mainly Shireburn, will be considered an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years experience handling Maltese payroll life cycle will also be considered an asset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English
