Payment Operations Specialist

Malta  |  up to €40,000  

Our client, in the Fintech Industry is looking to recruit a Operations Specialist who will report to the Head Of Operations.  The role will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor our core system to ensure it works smoothly and as expected
  • Payment Processing
  • Adding clients onto their system based on their contractual agreements
  • Assisting with the Customer Due Diligence process 
  • Transactions to be reviewed based on various risk factors
  • Monitoring alerts and ensuring they are in line with the AML and CFT policies and regulations
  • Management of client queries and complaints 
  • Operational reporting 
  • Highlight risks and issues identified within our operational procedures

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 4 years previous experience within the Financial / Banking Industry
  • Have previous experience within payments
  • Prior knowledge of AML policies will be beneficial
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
