Responsibilities:
• Approval and coding of maintenance invoices
• Processing of Warranty and Insurance Claims
• Identification and documenting cost cutting opportunities
• Quality checking of Project data completeness
• Supporting technical teams in evaluation of quotes
• Invoice dispute clarification
• Assisting in month end procedures
