Junior Accounts Executive

Our client, a local CSP is looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to join their team of professionals


  • Providing client bookkeeping and accounting services to a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Liaising with clients and handling various requests in a timely manner
  • Liaising with clients’ auditors
  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
  • Assisting with the compilation of management accounts
  • Assisting in the preparation of final accounts for audit
  • Performing bank, inter-company, and other nominal ledger reconciliations
  • Providing financial status information by providing reports
  • Other general accounting duties as may be required

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A minimum of one-year experience working in the accountancy field
  • Computer literacy and a good background of IFRS and GAPSME
  • Be able to work on his/her own initiative and in a team;
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
  • A very strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work to deadlines with moderate supervision
  • Maturity and strong determination to get the job done and produce output of a consistently high quality

Education & Experience

An A’ level standard of education in Accounts, AAT or in the initial stages of ACCA or equivalent
