Invoicing Clerk

Malta  |  €18,000 - €20,000 

Our client, involved in the importation and distribution of products in Malta, is looking to recruit an Invoicing Clerk to join their growing team. An individual who is able to multi-task and is good in handling customer care duties is highly sought. 

Responsibilities:

  • Take on the process of invoicing clients' orders
  • Keeping account of stock, inputting data, and preparation of quotations
  • Dealing with customers and clients queries efficiently and effectively 
  • Liaising with the warehouse 
  • Carry out reception and admin duties 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Works well under pressure 
  • Able to work on own initiative and be self-motivated, whilst at the same time hold a positive attitude 
  • Team player 
  • Able to meet deadlines

Education & Experience

  • O’ Level Standard of Education
  • Native level of Maltese and/or English is required

Benefits

  • Working hours 08:00 to 16:00
