International Taxation Manager

Our client is a fast growing and dynamic Group of Companies, having carved out an outstanding presence in their relevant markets also at an international level. They are presently seeking an International Taxation Manager reporting directly to the Group CFO

Duties include:

• Analyze and interpret international tax laws and regulations, and provide advice to the group to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws
• Prepare and review international tax returns for the group
• Develop and implement international tax planning strategies
• Assist and advise on tax incentives and foreign tax credit reviews
• Research and analyze complex international tax issues
• Monitor international tax developments
• Participate in international tax conferences and seminars

Skill-sets and Requirements

• At least 5 years of local and international experience in local and international taxation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Travel on monthly basis is required for this role
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

Education & Experience

A Degree either in Law, Finance, Accounting or Taxation or similar
