Finance Specialist (South of Malta)


In this role of a Finance Specialist within the manufacturing industry, you will form part of the Finance Team and your responsibilities will include;

  • Handling matters related to suppliers, including preparing and posting supplier payments, filing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements
  • Posting of customer receipts
  • Performing Capital Expenditure reporting and analysis
  • Performing standard cost introductions into the company's ERP system
  • Analysing manufacturing variances
  • Assisting in the budgeting process, both operational and capital budgets
  • Assisting with month-end, quarter-end and year-end procedures and ad hoc duties as required

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably Maltese
  • Must be highly organised and meticulous
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Education & Experience

  • Minimum requirement of an Accounts A'Level
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
