Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Finance Officer to join their growing team of professionals:
Job requirements:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparing accurate accounts up to trial balance
- Allocation of customer receipts and supplier payments
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Liaising with external auditors
- Preparation of VAT and IPT returns
- Performing Ad-hoc tasks as requested by Management
Education and Qualifications:
- The selected candidate must be in possession of their ACCA, F1, F2 and, F3 and working towards achieving the ACCA qualification.
Skills:
- Verbal and written fluency in both Maltese and English is a must
- Conversant in Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel)
- Able to work independently
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, and willingness to grow within the company
- Good analytical skills
- Previous experience with SAP will be considered an asset
- Highly Organised and meticulous
