Finance Manager

Our client is seeking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Generating management information (MI), conducting data analysis, and preparing various reports.
• Creating draft reports for presentation to partners, identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitoring the team's key performance indicators (KPIs), with a particular focus on areas impacting profit and loss.
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conducting reviews to gain a deeper understanding of margin leakage.
• Coordinating planning, analysis, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Preparing financial reviews, comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.
• Implementing processes to ensure accurate financial performance and position of the business.
• Reviewing cost management processes to establish effective controls over expenditures.
• Proactively identifying deviations and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
• Fluency in English
• Attention to detail
• A Team Player
