Our client is looking to recruit for a Finance Manager on a reduced basis or Fulltime to join their existing Finance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all financial regulatory compliance requirements as well as budgeting, cash flow, and management reporting for the companies branches and subsidiaries. Additionally, the candidate will also be responsible for:
- Investigating accounting and regulatory compliance requirements in new countries that the company will operate in, so as to setting up accounting systems that are compliant with local regulations
- Setting up charts of accounts for the subsidiary
- Development of accounting procedures for the subsidiary
- Liaising with in-country accounting firms, or accountants employed by the company to train and support them on our Corporate requirements
- Liaising with in-country audit firms
- Preparation of budgets
- Preparation of management accounts
- Management of cashflow of the subsidiary

Skill-sets and Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience on an international level will be considered an asset
