Finance Executive

A Finance Executive position is currently available with a fast growing and dynamic group of companies in Malta, having an international presence.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Finance Manager
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
• Performing the timely execution of month-end procedures and reconciliations
• Assist in drafting of policies and procedures 
• Assist in data analysis
• Performing analysis in relation to payables and receivables
• Liaising with auditors and with relevant stakeholders
• Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the department

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of local experience in an accounting function
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Shireburn is considered as an asset
• Excellent written and verbal knowledge in English
• Ability to meet deadlines and pay particular attention to detail.

Education & Experience

Actively studying ACCA or equivalent
