Finance Executive

Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000  

Our client within the Retail and Distribution Industry is looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Entering of data and processing invoices. 
  • Bank and supplier reconciliations.
  • Preparing VAT returns and payments on a quarterly basis. 
  • Preparing management accounts on a monthly basis. 
  • Assisting to issue payments to suppliers. 
  • Assisting with auditing. 
  • Monitoring cashflow.
  • Assist in balance sheet accounts reconciliations. 
  • Support in day to day financial duties. 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal knowledge in English
  • Self Motivated

Education & Experience

Final stages of ACCA or obtained ACCA qualification or equivalent
